Elaine Cusimano, Church Coordinator and Website Administrator In this position, she is responsible for the physical operation of the Church building, financial matters, and the coordination of all Church activities. She ensures the policies, budget and other directives of the Consistory are implemented. Elaine has been with Downers Grove Community Church since September of 2007. She brings 20+ years of non-profit and religious assistance experience to our church. In addition to supervising the smooth functioning of the Church's day-to-day operations, she focuses her abundant energy and enthusiasm on helping our Pastor be able to minister to the congregation. Abi Demirgian, Pianist/Director of Music Owner and director of ADK Studios, which opened in the fall of 2008. In addition to her studio, she also leads the Praise Team and Choir, here at Downers Grove Community Church. Abi is also involved in many musical endeavors. She is the principle accompanist for the Plainfield Area Community Chorus and Plainfield Central High School. She teaches group adult piano classes at Brookdale Music in Naperville. She accompanies various other local schools, studios and soloists for their seasonal concerts. Abi is a member of the MTNA, ISMTA, and the Downers Grove Music Club. She holds a Bachelor in Music from DePaul University and a Masters Degree in Music from Northern Illinois University.
