Rev. Angie Mabry-Nauta has been our Pastor since the Fall of
2004. Her main areas of ministry include worship, adult education,
counseling, program coordination, and administration.
A native of Texas, Pastor Angie received her seminary education from Western Theological Seminary in Holland, MI, and her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Texas at Austin (Go Longhorns!). Prior to entering seminary, Angie worked as a marketing professional for 4 years. Her passions for ministry include preaching; pastoral care and counseling; adult Christian education; women's ministries; and youth. Angie, her husband Eric, and their daughters, Sophia and Zoe, look forward to growing with Downers Grove Community Church and to many years of loving and serving God together. Email: Rev. Elaine Cusimano, Church Coordinator and Website Administrator In this position, she is responsible for the physical operation of the Church building, financial matters, and the coordination of all Church activities. She ensures the policies, budget and other directives of the Consistory are implemented. Elaine has been with Downers Grove Community Church since September of 2007. She brings 10+ years of non-profit and religious assistance experience to our church. In addition to supervising the smooth functioning of the Church's day-to-day operations, she focuses her abundant energy and enthusiasm on helping Pastor Angie be able to minister to the congregation.
